I’ve had various gym memberships my entire adult life and I have to say my experience at STB training center is by far one of the most effective training programs I have experienced. I was introduced to STB through the 16 week Fight Club Challenge. I decided to stay with the gym after completion since I was very pleased with my results. The staff is excellent and encouraging! Special shout out to Ibrahim who not only challenges us but encourages us to be our best!!

I really enjoy taking the Fight Club Fit class. Everyone in the class encourages and motivates one another. We all push each other to work out hard, and hold each other accountable. This is a judge free zone, we are all different sizes, and have our own personal journey. The coaches are awesome, class is not boring at all! Every class is a different routine, with a combination of cardio and strength training. I’m seeing the results and am so proud of myself, and the STB TEAM!

I initially discovered STB Training Center via by joining a 16-week workout weight loss challenge. I hadn't worked out in a while so I was very nervous, especially to do high intensity training. However, Coach Emilio and his staff offer excellent instruction, a pleasant environment and are extremely supportive, encouraging, and motivating! I loved the community feel and never felt pressure or judgment you can sometimes feel at other gyms. The 2-level gym is clean and has a plethora of workout equipment including punching bags, weights, bands, medicine balls, battle ropes, stepups, row machine, etc and even a boxing ring. There is also plenty of storage space for your gym bag/gear. At the end of the challenge, I lost 10 lbs, 5 inches off my arm, 6 inches off my thighs, 4 inches off my waist and decided to make STB Training Center my permanent gym!! If you are looking to lose weight/inches, get toned, get in shape, and/or learn new workout techniques check them out!!

Program & Pricing FAQs

My child isn't athletic. Can he/she still participate in martial arts?

Absolutely. Martial arts teaches kids to be coordinated, flexible and strong. Kids who don't naturally have these qualities develop them. Kids who do have these qualities refine them further.

Are these martial arts classes fun?

Yes! After all, these are children we're dealing with here and kids love their fun. We do a variety of games and activities that have kids laughing and smiling. We work hard here, but we play just as hard.

What's a good age for a child to start martial arts?

Honestly, practically every age is a good age to start! We have young children, as well as teenagers. We also have specific programs for adults. So no matter what age - we've got you covered.

Can martial arts cause injury?

Because we place such a huge focus on safety and injury prevention, we're proud to say that injuries are very few and far between with our program. In fact, because martial arts gets you in great shape, and makes you strong and flexible, people often see LESS injuries in their lives.

Do you have to be in good shape to take martial arts?

Not at all! In fact, many people use martial arts as a way to get in good shape. They come to us out of shape and quickly become athletic and limber.

Is martial arts violent?

No! Because self-defense technique is taught in martial arts, it's often thought of as violent. However, the philosophies behind martial arts revolve around peace and harmony. The moves are more of a way to become connected with your body. We teach diplomacy and friendship. However, if a violent situation ever arises in your life, you'll have powerful tools to defend yourself and your loved ones.
